RMOC's boat rental facility is right on the banks of the Arkansas River. Step out our door, and watch the kayakers in the two Salida playholes.
Our Inflatable Kayaks or Duckies are lightweight and maneuverable, they are self bailing, easy to paddle , and comfortable to sit in or fish from. We call them duckies, you can call them inflatable kayaks. Whatever you call them, they are fun fun fun.
Our guides are the best part of RMOC. Our guides are the most experience guides on the river, are certified by ACA, and all have first aid and CPR training. In addition to being river experts, they are enthusiastic and ready to make your Arkansas River experience a vacation highlight.
Absolutely! The best part of the inflatable kayak experience is how easy it. A few minutes of equipment orientation, and you are ready to go. All our inflatable kayaks (duckies) come with life jackets, wetsuits, paddle jackets, booties and helmet. We are expert on the Arkansas River, we are happy to help you match your skill level with the appropriate section of river.
